@MrTony1 It can take up to 24 hours for a SIM card to activate. Try restarting the device a few times as this can help push this along. SIM cards are normally activated within 4 hours.

Can anyone help me I have received a new sim card and it is saying no service on my phone and the letter it came is saying for me to just put it in my phone and it will work with saying it saying it is already activate I have followed the instructions on the letter and still nothing

Why did you get a new SIM? Is it a replacement? Have you upgraded? Or is it a brand new connection?

It may be worth speaking to our Mobile Care team to see if it's registered already. They'll be able to register it manually if it isn't.

Click on that, then Mobile and it should give you some chat and call options, @MrTony1.

There's a number to call from another phone, @MrTony1. Yes, if you pop into an EE store, they'll be able to help.
