      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered new sim card after my phone got missing, new sim card received inserted sim into my phone, unfortunately this is the message I'm receiving,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(I'm sorry calls to this number are not been connected if you dial correctly I'm afraid it means this number is not available from this network)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How could be this be possible I don't know what to do now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you report the SIM as lost to EE, and they sent you a new SIM? you may need to ring Customer Services&lt;/P&gt;</description>
