Refer friend to PAYG still running?

I know that there was such a thing where you get your own personal referral link, but I could not find out where to get this link from.

After ordering a new free SIM, it states this

Friend of yours? Friend of ours.
Refer a friend to pay as you go packs and you'll both get a £10 Amazon.co.uk Gift Card when they join.
Just enter a few details and we'll send you a unique link to share with friends. Once they've bought one pay as you go pack, we'll email you both your Gift Cards.

However the FIND OUT MORE link goes to a broken page (doesn't exist anymore?).

I think this is the referred page (https://ee.co.uk/pay-as-you-go-packs-refer) but obviously it's missing the referral code to be able to identify who sent the rerferral.

If the referral promotion is no longer running, I guess parts of the website ought to remove references to it and perhaps update pages that need to remain active to mention that it is no longer running?
