      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ordered a replacement sim online on 10/12/2022 and still have not received it but am still being billed for it. Been inshore and told they can't help because I already ordered online. How long is it going to take till i receive one as it said 2 working days?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
