What do you mean by expired? Has your current carrier contract ended?

I have a free sin card Lebara and expired couples of days ago.it's any way I can save that number buying a new plan for it?or any another way??

Thanks for coming back to us.

You will need to contact Lebara and see if this is possible as you would need a PAC to transfer the number from the network to EE.
