Sim activation

Hi all just recieved ipad air which came with sim card it appears ot needs activation my problem is when I try to do this in the app it asks me to use old sim or old device to recieve sim pin my issue is I don't have any other ee devices or numbers it wants me to use the new number to receive the pin but if sim is not activated how can it revive the text?

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to register and activate your SIM card for you.

I tried that on chat and was cut off and no return call?

Beging to wish I didn't bring my 3 accounts to ee its been a nightmare so far how hard can it be to open a new account buy a product and set up!

I should put sim in and go what's all this bollocks about reg sim etc I haven't got an ee device or phone number to send sim pin too only android on 02 feeling line they don't want new customers and thinking of sending all back!
