Hi I’m trying to keep my old number from previous sim network but I don’t know how to change my number on EE website.

I have the PAC code

@Profile closed : 1st of all order a SIM from EE. When you've received it give your PAC to EE using Fill out this quick form to transfer your number .

I have 2 phones on the contract transferred from BT to EE. One phone has been transferred but the other has not yet. Also you show that for the two phones £19 has been taken by DD. However, the contract was agreed for £18 ie 2 at £9.00.

Porting could take up to 2 working days.
You will be paying for the few days from when you got the SIMs until when your 1st bill was posted.

Iv asked to change my number n now both phones don’t work wat do I do Ivan phone anyone as it don’t work pls help

You can port your number by filling out this form online or giving us a call on 150.
