how i can change psyhical sim to esim, i dont have option in my ee to replace on esim. When I go to settings and want to exchange, I only show up to order a physical home card.

what should i do to access esim?

Sorry to hear the option isn't there in your My EE account, @Peter172.

If you give us a call on 150 or pop into your nearest EE store, they'll be able to supply you with an eSIM.

Are you on PAYG? If so, you can't have an eSIM & you won't see that option in your MyEE.
