Do you already have a PAC code from your previous service provider? If you do, please fill out this form to start your number transfer.

hello when i try and fill out this form i give my pac fore from giff gaff and it takes me to the next page. When i put in my. current ee number and the number i want to transfer, its says something about please make sure you put in the correct number and it starts with 07. ai done this, but it done it dozens of time to be sure and i waited 4 days before trying again and it still doesn't work. Please Help Me!

If you're unable to do this online, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team.

They'll be able to complete this for you.
