PUK code not being accepted on web site

I'm moving across to EE, have correct PUK code, but the web site keep rejecting. says wrong length, but is correct - can anyone help??

having same issue with PUK code! Rang customer service, had recorded message they were too busy to respond - try again later!

@MarkN190 Hi, a PUK code is to unlock a device, you need a PAC. See the Help pages for more details.
