PAC code doesn’t work

Hi,

The PAC code I received from 3 doesn’t seem to work. It’s comes up with ‘Please make sure you enter the right code. Your PAC will look like ABC123456. Your STAC will look like 123456ABC’

the 3 code starts with HTG

You are misinterpreting the msg. It says "looks like" not "is". "ABC" stands for any 3 letters. "123456" stands for any 6 digits.

Please try typing to code in manually, making sure there's no spaces before or after, @Maria123456.
