    <description>&lt;P&gt;Sigh. Not a great first experience of EE. Ordered SIM on 25/11 but no sign yet (maybe delivery has been screwed up by post strikes). No online facility to ask for help, other than a complaint form. Gave up on the phone line after 15 minutes on hold listening to distorted Christmas music. Now the PAC code I have from my provider will have expired. Does anyone know if I will need to get a new PAC code?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;A PAC will last for 30 days, and if you don't use it within 30 days you'll need to get a new one.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;OK, but what does "use" mean here. I "used" the PAC to order the SIM. The PAC has now expired before the SIM arrived (&amp;gt;30 days). So will I need a new PAC to transfer the number, and will it still work if it is different to the one I gave when I ordered the SIM?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Once you have the SIM, please call us on 150 with the new PAC and the team will get this set up for you. This will be fine with a new PAC.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just as an update, the SIM arrived today - 12 days after it was ordered. It came along with a "Here's your first bill" letter, which didn't go down well to be honest. Anyway, if you are expecting the SIM to be sent anywhere near the day you ordered it....don't.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Fingers crossed the number transfer is a bit smoother.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
