@Carldaly123 You can get your PUK code via your online account. ( not the my EE app) or you’ll have to call customer services to request it. If you still have the packaging the sim came in it’ll be on that.

You'll find the PUK, to unblock your SIM after too many incorrect PIN attempts, in your online MyEE under Menu > Account Settings > Unlock your SIM.
