      <description>&lt;P&gt;CS = Customer Support.&amp;nbsp;Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A replacement SIM is just that, a SIM with the same no.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
