I have lost my SIM card and would like to order a replacement to my home with the same number. How do I do this please?

You need to call CS to report the loss & they will block it & send you a replacement SIM.

So I wondered if you could help me more with this. I asked it on here as I don’t know a number to contact, and who is CS?
And do you know if I can keep the same number I had before?

CS = Customer Support. Try calling CS on the Freephone no. in my sig.

A replacement SIM is just that, a SIM with the same no.
