    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have replaced my phone as the previous one was broken. I had an e-sim on the old phone and am now trying to use the new one and have downloaded the e-sim via the QR code but it is won't let me activate this as it is sending a pin for activation to the old number.&amp;nbsp; I can't call EE as the phone is not active!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3277138"&gt;@cormacgmagee&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; You need to request a replacement SIM card as obviously you can not transfer the eSim over to the new device. &amp;nbsp;Once you have a SIM card you can then transfer that information from the sim to the eSim on the new device. &amp;nbsp; You can go to any EE store to request a replacement sim. &amp;nbsp;Or you can call customer services to request one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
