That doesn't work if you have more than one phone line on your account.

If you have more than one number on your account and would like a PAC to transfer your number to another network, please call us on 150.

Not wishing to be rude, but have you tried calling 150?

What a god-awful system that is now!

1. Call 150
2. Listen to a recorded message, saying to speak to someone, use Option 1
3. Press '1'
4. Phone call drops and EE sends a text with a hyperlink URL
5. Click on URL to open webpage
6. Select reason for wanting to call EE from THREE different menus
7. Webpage generates a code and opens the Phone app again
8. Phone app dials 150 AGAIN and this time puts you into the actual
waiting queue (with yet MORE mind-numbing messages and menus options)!
9. Hold on in the queue wishing you had a sharp implement to gouge your
own liver out to take your mind off how difficult large companies want to
make it to get help nowadays.

That, plus a serious decline in signal strength where I work, where I live
and on the train route home, is why I'm off to pastures new.
