    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded, keeping my old number.&amp;nbsp; The EE website still shows my old phone image and not the new one.&amp;nbsp; The new phone has arrived but there isn't a sim card.&amp;nbsp; I've managed to link the Google Pixel 6a phone to my google account but that's about all.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't appear to be linked to my phone number and I'm unable to make any calls on it as it says there is no network.&amp;nbsp; I cannot use my old phone as it has died.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have just upgraded, keeping my old number (contract had just expired).&amp;nbsp; The EE website still shows my old phone image and not the new one and so am concerned that the upgrade has yet to happen?&amp;nbsp; The new phone has arrived but there isn't a sim card.&amp;nbsp; I've managed to link the Google Pixel 6a phone to my google account but that's about all.&amp;nbsp; It doesn't appear to be linked to my phone number and I'm unable to make any calls on it as it says there is no network.&amp;nbsp; I cannot use my old phone as it has died and am at a loss as to how to proceed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What can I do?&amp;nbsp; I feel in limbo land!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Moley84&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you still have your old SIM card? Then use that, no need for a new one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;It will eventually change on your account, that is not important and makes no difference. If your old SIM card is not working, you can order a replacement SIM card either via the EE App or online via the website in your account, or go into an EE store.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you've upgraded, you just need to transfer your old SIM into your new phone.&lt;/P&gt;
