Expired Credit Card & Now IPAD Sim card wont work?

How do you recover your number when your credit card has expired a few months ago and want to recover the old number and log into account. When logging into account I want to update details and recover old number?

How long ago is it since you used the SIM card?

It may have gone into hibernation if it is a pay as you go SIM card:

After 273 days it will have been recycled and the number will be lost.

It looks like I have now updated the CC. But now how do I set the following?

Select Network Provider
Add Data Plan
SM-DP+ Address
Activation Code
Confirmation Code

Do I need to call EE or can I self serve ?

Which iPad do you have?

Are you using a physical SIM card or an embedded Apple SIM?
