      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Pay-as-you-go account with four numbers on it. I want to add another number (SIM). When I go through the activation process, which I enter the number, receive a PIN via text and then enter the Serial number I get a message that say's&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Well, that didn't work&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please try again or call&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;150&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;from an EE device, or&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;07973 100 150'&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I call the support number the wait is over 30 mins.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stephen&lt;/P&gt;</description>
