I have been given a new sim as I have moved over to your company and I needed to keep my old number and I used a pac code but you have given a new number is it possible to changed it back to my old one

If you've given EE your PAC from other network it should port your no. within 1 working day.

If you're a new customer to EE and have given EE your PAC, this will port your old number in on the working day after you gave your PAC.
