Switch my phone number to EE

I would like to switch my phone number to EE with keeping my old number. But I am facing a problem when I put my EE number, I got this message: “please make sure you enter the right number start with 07”. But I have already done, and still the problem there!!

I would like to switch my phone number from three to EE. I have done all steps, but when I put my EE number and my old number that I want to keep, I got this message "please make sure you enter the right number start with 07. I have already started with that, but the problem is still there.

Could you please help me with this problem?

Welcome to the community.

Could you type the number in and make sure there are no spaces before or after please? If it still isn't working, could you try on a different device or browser please?

We’re having the exact same problem. Have tried on two different devices. And still getting same error, on the EE number that was provided with the SIM card.

it works on the first page of the form where enter ee number, then I enter the pac code. Then the next page where you enter the ee number and the number you want to transfer is where we get the error, even though you entered your ee number on the first page with no issues

Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.

Is your EE SIM active? Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Yes EE sim is active receives calls to the new number, with pay as you go.
