    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am about at the end of what I can take with this SIM card. I accidentally pressed ESIM when setting up on this phone, was told I had deactivated my sim. Ordered a new sim, told it would be 24 hours. 24 hours pass, still no service. Then I get told it will be done in 1 hour at 9pm. I’m writing this at half 10 after numerous times switching the phone of and on and STILL nothing. I feel like cancelling my contract as getting through to anyone is an absolute nightmare and keep getting the same answer with no outcome. Can somebody please help.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am about at the end of what I can take with this SIM card.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes they sent me a new one put, this is the one I’m having an issue with. They’ve now said it won’t be until 10am tomorrow, despite being told the same thing 3 days ago!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
