Help! SIM only deal

Hi. My son has an unlimited SIM with EE which he uses in his router for broadband. I’m trying to find out the number attached because he wants to cancel the contract. He doesn’t have any paperwork . He does have a reference number on his Direct Debit which starts with a Q. Does anyone know if the number will be on the SIM card itself? My son lives away from home, and is not the most organised….😂

Any help would be much appreciated.

Are you able to see the SIM in your My EE Account?

Do you have the SIM with you?

Either:

Text NUMBER to 150 from the mobile router or with SIM put in a phone.
Look in mobile router's System settings for a MSISDN entry.
Look at http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status from a device connected to the mobile router by WiFi to see mobile no. as well as data & credit status.
