E SIM NOT ACCEPTED

Hi i have an iPhone 14 pro max

I ordered an e sim which came to my home address

I used my camera to scan the image

but I get a pop up saying this e sim has expired or already used

I’m using my sim at the moment in my iPhone works perfectly

does anyone please know how to make my iPhone work with an e sim

because when I say use e sim it comes with a pop up saying connect to a phone or scan code those are the only two options that I get tried both nothing works

Any help will be much appreciated

Hi @Rockinandy1962

Welcome to the community.

I'm not sure how it would have expired/used by someone else. It sounds like you may need to order a new one or pop into an EE store for a replacement.
