I’ve purchased an extra SIM card to link the new number to my existing account can I do this, if so how? Can my daughter have a new sim contract and keep her existing number?

Is the new number on a pay as you go or pay monthly plan? What about your daughter's current number?

Hi James!
My daughter has bought a SIM card with her birthday money (unlimited text and minutes, 15gb for £15)she wanted to put in her smart watch so she can contact us if she’s out with her friends. I thought if I had it as a 2nd number on my account then it would solve all the problems. Kind regards Sue

Hi @Suzy03,

Are you trying to add it to a family account so you can gift data? This can only be done with pay monthly sim only or phone plans.
