bringing my old number from a different network to EE

hi. im on pay as you go and was previously on three network, I've moved to EE as I bought a phone that was locked to this network but wanted to keep my existing number. i have a PAC code from three but when I fill in the form to change the number it keeps giving me the message that the EE number I have must be a UK number and start with 07. which it does! i cant get past that stage, does anyone know what to do? thanks in advance

Welcome to the community.

Could you try typing it manually and making sure there are no spaces before or after the number?

I’ve tried that and it still doesn’t work, it’s telling me it must be a uk number and start with 07. It’s baffling me

Could you try doing it on a different device or browser please, @sarah2881?
