I bought the EE SIM card at the airport, and now I want to recharge it, because my expiration date is about to end, but I can't successfully link my email address with my current mobile phone number, so I can't recharge it. Could someone teach me? Thank you very much

Hi there,

It sound like you are on a Pay As You Go plan, is this correct? If so, you'll need to sign up for a My EE account at https://id.ee.co.uk/register

Make sure you have entered the same phone number you use for the contact number box and then download the My EE app onto your smartphone. It will then ask you to link it together by typing in your phone number and then entering a SMS code.

Please reply if you have any problems.

If you found the answer helpful, please mark it as solved. Thank you!
