Transfer old number

Hello,

I have a problem with transferring my old number to EE. I tried many times and there is still message as below:

Please make sure you enter the right phone number. It must be a UK phone number and start with 07.

The numbers are correct, I have topped up my account and still nothing.

Any help, please

@Monikaduszczak Call customer services and verbally give them your PAC code if you have any issues using the online form.

Thank you very much, but finally gone. I tried maybe 10 times, now it's sorted 👍
