Setting show old SIM number

I have changed my phone to an A53. My old number has been ported over. In settings it shows the original SIM number and i cannot change or remove it. This is affecting a couple of apps that see the old SIM number instead of my correct number. Any ideas how to change???

Do you mean a factory reset? Its taken me 3 days so far to try to reset all app password and i've only done about 20%.

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

It isn't possible to update the original SIM phone number on Samsung devices, unless you order a replacement SIM.

Which apps are you having difficulties with?
