There seems to be an on going issue with Esim and my phone. I had to reset my phone so went into an EE store to get a new one, as I accidentally deleted the sim at the time of phone reset. I am able to receive notifications, such as emails, texts etc and I can call out but when I browse the Internet it's intermittent and incredibly slow. All the settings are up to date as far as am aware. The first Esim I had the same issues. I've checked the phone status and shows am all connected. I don't understand why am having these issues. I can't use a physical sim as there seems to be a problem with my sim card and my phone.
