I use "Track an order" only show "&lt;STRONG&gt;Sorry, we can't show your order details right now.".&lt;/STRONG&gt; I want to know how many day can deliver to my address.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3161409"&gt;@TerryFung18&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; there is no tracking when you order a Sim card as it sent out by Royal mail second class. &amp;nbsp; There was a Royal Mail strike this week ( Thursday) &amp;nbsp;but you should have this by now. &amp;nbsp; It might be worth calling customer services to make sure that your order actually went through&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
