Hi guys,

#I have been ported over from BT to EE , thats has all gone through and using the number I had with BT, it is still showing the EE number I was given with the new sim, how can I change this please? Please see attached pic.

Welcome to the community,

Have you rebooted your phone? If you have Apple phone, you may need to switch off iMessage and FaceTime and reboot and then switch both back on again.

Yes mate rebooted mobile, its Android Samsung S22..

Hi @SteveRob11,

On Samsung devices it isn't possible to update the SIM card's original number in your settings, but your calls and texts will use your ported number.
