I was due an upgrade for over a year so didn't think it'd be an issue.&nbsp;<BR />The phone arrived &amp; I set it up as normal copying everything from the old phone to the new one. The only difference was I changed my sim card to an esim.<BR /><BR /></P><P>I then visited the my EE app to upgrade, however it now says i can not upgrade.
