@Rs2222 Are you already a contract customer of EE ?

You can not just order an eSim without first having a physical SIM card. the information from a Sim has to be migrated to the eSim. Once you have it working on a eEim you can transfer it to a different device without needing a physical sim as long as that new device supports eSim, but you have to start with a physical sim.

@PONNARASU No. You have to first order a sim and that sim has to be a sim has to be a contract sim. Once you get that sim and place it in your device you can then request to move that number to the eSim on your device via the my EE app.
