Hi,

I have just received the new IPhone 14 and want to take my esim from my iPhone 12 over to my new device.

I have both devices still and my old phone is still active, what is the best way to do this?

@Wikey2021 Make sure both devices are on iOS 16 and you can swap the eSim over to the new device via Bluetooth.
On the new device go to mobile data and scroll down to eSim click it and use the tab to transfer it across from your old device.
