Upgrading from 4G to 5G router - no SIM arrived

I am upgrading from EE 4G router to EE 5G router. No SIM has arrived with the new router. Does this usually take some time to arrive and is is sent separately from the router?

If your current sim fits your new 5G router then you can continue to use it.

Thanks David - I'll try that - will it pick up 5G automatically - assuming 5G is strong enough in the area...

@MarkLockyer yeah it will pick up 5G automatically providing the signal is strong enough.
