You also need to inform them that you’ve lost your device so it can be blacklisted and the sim blocked. &amp;nbsp; Your apps are stored within your app/play store account that you’ve downloaded EE doesn’t have that information. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;You can purchase a new device and if your old device is on contract you need to still pay for that contract it doesn’t end because of a lost device.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
