Unable to receive incoming calls or texts since porting my number

My number was ported from vodaphone to EE on friday, other than receiving text messages directly from EE, I have not been able to receive calls or texts from anyone else ever since. Outgoing calls and data works.

have contacted customer service many times and still not solved.

please can anyone help

Hi @Soul1.

Does your Vodaphone SIM card still have service?

When you make an outgoing call, can you ask the person receiving it if the correct number is displayed?

What phone are you using?

Hi Jon,

No there is no service on my vodafone sim and yes the correct num is displayed.

My phone is IPhone 12.

If you go into Settings, then Phone, is the correct number displayed there?

Can you ensure that the Do Not Disturb feature is disabled, then restart your phone?

Yes the correct num is displayed in settings.

My phone is not in dnd and i have restarted the phone multiple times.

In that case, @Soul1, I think our porting team will need to look into the port status for you.

I'd recommend getting back in touch and asking for our Tech Gurus to talk about your port.
