Hi James

Really can’t remember when I last used it for a top up or to call someone, or a text message. But I presume I last made a phone call whilst using the number sometime in April this year.

Regards,
Tinaye

Sent from my iPhone

Hi. I lost my eSim a few months ago, and I got it when I visited the UK two years ago. Just want to find out if there’s anyway of getting it replaced and posted to me. Or can I get someone to pick it up, and post it to me.

Regards

@tinaye_ That’s not possible as the eSim is built in to your device. If you mean the QR code once that’s used it’s no good and the eSim in your device is activated. I’m think you mean a physical SIM card as you can not use an eSim on PAYG.
If you haven’t used that sim in over two years the sim will be deactivated so you’ll need a new one anyway and that will have a new number.

Thank you so much for your response

Sorry, yes I mean the physical sim. Purchased it two years. Haven’t put it in my phone for about four months I think, but I still have it activated for messing applications. Not sure if it’ll get deactivated if I still use it for messaging applications

Kind Regards,
Tinaye

Having the number linked to a messaging application isn't enough to keep your EE account active.

When was it last used for a chargeable action, such as topping up, sending a text or making a call?

If you used it in April, our Customer Care Team will be able to take your account out of hibernation and arrange for a replacement SIM to be sent to a UK address.
