    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've received a replacement SIM from an EE shop, because I returned my faulty phone to EE and accidentally left my old SIM in the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How long does it take to get my new SIM activated as it's already been about 4 hours?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Diane&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS: PLEASE DON'T ASK ME TO CALL YOUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT NUMBER AS I'VE ALREADY WASTED HOURS OF MY LIFE LISTENING TO "WE-ARE-EXPERIENCING-HIGH-CALL-VOLUMES" MESSAGES AND THE HORRIBLY DISTORTED MUSIC THAT ACCOMPANIES IT.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi XRaySpeX,&lt;BR /&gt;Thx for responding, but it appears the new SIM is faulty.&lt;BR /&gt;EE checked and saw that it was activated, so couldn't see a reason for it&lt;BR /&gt;not connecting to the network.&lt;BR /&gt;I tried another EE SIM in the same phone and it works fine.&lt;BR /&gt;And then i inserted the suspect SIM into my other phone and again it&lt;BR /&gt;wouldn't connect to the network.&lt;BR /&gt;So we've come to the conclusion that the SIM is faulty or incorrectly&lt;BR /&gt;configured by EE.&lt;BR /&gt;Today we're going to another EE shop to get another new SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;We'll see what happens from there.&lt;BR /&gt;Cheers,&lt;BR /&gt;Ben (on behalf of Diane)</description>

      <description>Hi Leanne,&lt;BR /&gt;Not sure whether it was 'registered', but we had to produce identification&lt;BR /&gt;and we were in there for quite a while, so my guess is that it was indeed&lt;BR /&gt;registered. The EE help line also confirmed that the new SIM was activated&lt;BR /&gt;and should be working, so if it wasn't registered then they probably&lt;BR /&gt;would've pick up on it I suppose.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Anyway, we've just arrived back from another EE shop, where we&lt;BR /&gt;were given another new SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;This time we inserted it on the spot and everything worked 1st time.&lt;BR /&gt;So all back to normal.&lt;BR /&gt;Thx for your interest.&lt;BR /&gt;Ben</description>
