Hi I’m using this for the first time and I hope I can get an answer😊.

I have been trying to get my physical EE Sim converted to an eSIM on my iPhone 11 phone or for any other future Phone, how can I do it?

I also want to keep my original number.

Hi @Faiz20

As long as you are on a Pay monthly contract, you can just go into the MyEE app and request an eSIM and it will add it to your phone and you keep the same number.
