I’d like to have my number changed if possible keep the monthly data and mins but I keep getting prank calls all times of the night and I need my number changed if you can help

I would suggest ringing customer services and explaining that you want to change your number due to prank calls, they may not charge you for that, normally there is a fee, but due to nuisance calls, they may not.
