Why do you want to change your SIM?

A PAC is for transferring your number between mobile providers, so it's unclear why you need a PAC based on this.

<STRIKE>EE won't port nos between its contracts. So you need to 1st port your existing no to another network's PAYG using a PAC from EE & then in reverse port it back to your new contract. This will also have the effect of cancelling your old contract.</STRIKE>

<STRIKE>You could alternatively move your old contract to PAYG with 30 days notice & then ask EE to transfer the no to your new contract.</STRIKE>

Ah! Now we know you are porting to another network (never mentioned previously).

Hi @MementoMori

I would suggest calling our Mobile Care team from another phone. If you're unable to do that, you could pop into your nearest EE store who can get you in touch.
