Hi,

I have recently bought a sim only deal and I am wondering if I will receive a new sim card in the post?

I am already an EE customer and when purchasing this deal, EE wanted a delivery address so I assume I would be receiving a new sim card. EE said it would take 2-3 days but it has been 3 days and the SIM still hasn't arrived.

@BStroud Has your new tariff started ? You can see this on your EE account. You probably will not receive a new sim as it’s only an account change.
