      <title>Problem with Sim</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use a nano sim&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get my sim from EE earlier this year. Recently I switched from Voxi to EE. Every time I make calls it says I dialled and incorrect number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i spoke to EE’s level 2 team and was waiting for a reply from the complex care team&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the agent ended our conversation on the chat us function&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i can’t make or receive calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The agent suspected something is wrong with my sim. Apparently EE can send another sim and nothing will happen with my pack. Data and SMS work just not calls.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Update: I was just issued a replacement sim this afternoon. Will come in 2-3 days and I believe it’s a £1.50 charge with Royal Mail delivery. Hopefully this new sim has no problems and I can make and receive calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;since I can’t call I did wait a while on the EE chat to us. The technical adviser helped a lot&lt;/P&gt;</description>
