I took a new sim out and gave my pac code but it still hasn’t come over

@Qaiskhan If your pac code was given Friday or over the weekend your number will not start to be ported from that other network until today. Number ports do not happen over the weekend.

@Qaiskhan just to check that PAC code was from a different network as you cannot use a PAC code from EE to move your number to another EE account.
