My pac code isn’t working

I got my pac code from Three to transfer my number to EE. I put it in correctly yet says I’ve put it in wrong??

Hi, I received it only a few days ago. It expires in September. I already went to Three for help and they said to come to EE help as they know the code is correct and valid!
It’s xxxxxxxxx.
