@Arditi12 If you want a replacement SIM card you’ll need to call customer services to request this.

@Chris_B is correct, if the SIM card is lost, please report this to us, by calling 0800 079 8586. Our Mobile Care team will block the SIM card and send you a replacement with the same number.
