Hi EE, I currently have a pay monthly contract with EE which has now expired. I want to keep my current phone and number and move onto pay as you go what's the best way to do it please?

Welcome to the community.

If you speak to our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to set your 30 days notice so that your line changes to pay as you go 30 days later.

I just join ee but want to keep my number from my previous phone provider and already have the PAC . How do I keep my old number
