    <description>&lt;P&gt;You do need a 5g plan to have access to 5g network and also pay as you go don’t have 5g just in case yre pay as you go.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to know why my 5G isn’t working. I have an iPhone 12 pro Max and an EE sim with over 100mb on it and I am in an area that has 5G coverage however I cannot get connected to 5G please help&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is yre phone all set up in settings and mobile data ?You have a switch to use 5g auto or 5g on and then 4g only, you need 5g on to use 5g whenever it’s available.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2993021"&gt;@i_heisenberg_i&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;If your SIM card is several years old and you are on contract, you may need a replacement SIM card, this happened to me, as mine was several years old, and had to replace it to get 5G. You only need to keep the settings on automatic, as it will connect to 5G wherever there is a signal and revert to 4G where there is no 5G.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
